Ms Brunacci is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining across Brazil and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Geology from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has worked across a range of commodities.
Ms Brunacci has held senior technical roles on multiple operating mines and exploration projects and brings strong expertise in project evaluation, exploration strategy and geological execution, having been involved in several mineral discoveries.
Ms Brunacci is bilingual in Portuguese and English and plays a key role in Oceana’s project generation, technical due diligence and exploration activities in Brazil, including the advancement of the Serra Negra Project.
Gareth Reynolds is an exploration geologist with over 20 years’ experience across a range of commodities, jurisdictions and exploration stages. He has held senior technical and management roles with major and junior resource companies and has extensive experience in project generation, exploration strategy and technical evaluation, from early‑stage assessment through to drill‑out and resource definition.
Ms Cintia Maia is Manager, Corporate and director of the Company’s Brazilian operating subsidiary, Oceana Minerals Brazil Ltda and Ceará Litio Mineração Ltda. Ms Maia is an experienced corporate manager and administrator and qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She is familiar with reporting requirements for Australian public companies, having previously worked as CFO for GRD Minproc, AMEC Canada and a number of other mining and industrial companies and brings a wealth of practical experience to her role as the Company’s senior corporate officer in Brazil.
Ms Carvalho is an experienced corporate lawyer having spent more than 15 years working with medium and large multi-nationals operating in Brazil. She has worked in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and strategic business development across a number of industries including mining.
Senior Geologist and Mining Rights Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian mining sector, combining strong technical, regulatory and strategic expertise across mineral rights management, environmental permitting, ESG and institutional relations.
Graduated in Geology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with specialization in Mining Law, Environmental Licensing and Sustainability, and postgraduate studies in Mineral Economics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
Extensive experience managing mining tenements, regulatory compliance and licensing processes, with solid interface and negotiation experience before the Brazilian National Mining Agency (ANM), environmental agencies and other regulatory authorities. Proven track record supporting exploration and mining projects through different stages of the mining lifecycle, including due diligence, land access strategy, permitting coordination, portfolio management and regulatory risk assessment.
Throughout her career, Marina has held senior technical and management roles in major mining companies such as Anglo American, AngloGold Ashanti, Vale and Kinross, as well as specialized mining consulting firms.
