Project
Carbonatite-Hosted REE Project Strategically Located in a Tier 1 District
Significant rare earth element (REE) mineralsation identified, with demonstrated potential for grade and widths
District-scale carbonatite complex (10km diameter)
Located in Tier 1 Mining Jurisdiction in the heart of Brazil's Minas Gerais State
Highly successful and credentialed board and management team, responsible for establishing Bellevue Gold (ASX 200), Firefly Metals (ASX 300) and Andean Silver
Project Highlights
10km diameter intrusive complex, largest known carbonatite in the district
Same district as the World-class Araxa and Catalao Carbonatite Complexes (ASX:SGQ, CBMM, Mosaic, CMOC)
Patrocinio within 20km – rail, road access, power, water, workforce and services
Minas Gerais State actively supporting new entrants and established critical mineral businesses
Exploration Results
* Grab samples are selective in nature and not representative of continuous mineralised intervals. Independent laboratory assays by ALS utilised four-acid digestion ICP-AES, with REE over-limit samples analysed by ICP-MS.
An emerging niobium (Nb₂O₅) target has been identified from due diligence sampling, supported by independent laboratory assays. Niobium mineralisation occurs in carbonatite units adjacent to the main REE zones, with results comparable to Brazil’s world-class niobium districts.
The project demonstrates potential for large-scale, bulk-tonnage niobium upside — a commodity that has received limited historical focus at Serra Negra, despite the complex sharing structural and lithological characteristics with CBMM’s Araxá operation, which supplies approximately 80% of the world’s niobium.
