Mr Wilson is a geologist with over 28 years’ experience in precious and base metals exploration and development. He graduated from Australian National University with an economics degree and an honours science degree, majoring in geology and is a member of AusIMM. He has played key roles in discovering and defining a number of precious and base metal deposits globally, having been involved in the listing of five ASX Companies throughout his career. In 2016, he led a team that was awarded the inaugural NSW Mineral Council Explorer of the Year.
Mr Wilson has held various executive Board positions with ASX listed companies, including Technical Director, Executive Director and Managing Director. Mr Wilson remains a technical Non-Executive Director at Bellavista Resources Limited and Midas Minerals Limited.
Mr Curtin is a former Partner at Ernst & Young, has over 30 years of experience in the resources sector, having served major clients such as Woodside and Santos. His extensive experience spans various multinational public and private companies, making him a valuable addition to the Oceana Board
Mr Halliday is a geologist with 30 years of corporate and technical experience, having been involved in the discovery and funding of multiple, large scale, mineral projects across five continents, including a large-scale REE project in Western Australia. Mr Halliday has founded or co-founded a number of successful junior mining companies and has held numerous executive and non-executive roles in the mining industry since 2001.
Mr Roso is a highly experienced Brazilian corporate lawyer and mining executive with over 20 years of experience, specialising in project development, M&A, and corporate finance, particularly within the mining and energy sectors. He has played a key role in over $35 billion in CAPEX, contributing to the growth and success of major mining enterprises. His strategic insight and deep Brazilian mining industry knowledge will benefit Oceana as it progresses the Serra Negra Project.
Ms Cramer is a co-founder and managing director of boutique corporate services business Belltree Corporate and has over 10 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary to ASX-listed companies. She is currently a company secretary of a number of ASX-listed mining and resources companies. Ms Cramer is a former company secretary of ASX300 company Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) and prior to this was an associate at Bellanhouse Legal and HWL Ebsworth Lawyers
Ms Hughes is a former corporate and commercial lawyer who has advised numerous entities, including ASX-listed and private companies on capital raisings, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance. She is currently a corporate advisor at boutique corporate services business Belltree Corporate. Prior to joining Belltree Corporate, Alex worked in the corporate and commercial teams at Bennett Litigation and Commercial Law and Clayton Utz
Ms Brunacci is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining across Brazil and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Geology from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has worked across a range of commodities.
Ms Brunacci has held senior technical roles on multiple operating mines and exploration projects and brings strong expertise in project evaluation, exploration strategy and geological execution, having been involved in several mineral discoveries.
Ms Brunacci is bilingual in Portuguese and English and plays a key role in Oceana’s project generation, technical due diligence and exploration activities in Brazil, including the advancement of the Serra Negra Project.
Gareth Reynolds is an exploration geologist with over 20 years’ experience across a range of commodities, jurisdictions and exploration stages. He has held senior technical and management roles with major and junior resource companies and has extensive experience in project generation, exploration strategy and technical evaluation, from early‑stage assessment through to drill‑out and resource definition.
Ms Cintia Maia is Manager, Corporate and director of the Company’s Brazilian operating subsidiary, Oceana Minerals Brazil Ltda and Ceará Litio Mineração Ltda. Ms Maia is an experienced corporate manager and administrator and qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She is familiar with reporting requirements for Australian public companies, having previously worked as CFO for GRD Minproc, AMEC Canada and a number of other mining and industrial companies and brings a wealth of practical experience to her role as the Company’s senior corporate officer in Brazil.
Ms Carvalho is an experienced corporate lawyer having spent more than 15 years working with medium and large multi-nationals operating in Brazil. She has worked in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and strategic business development across a number of industries including mining.
Senior Geologist and Mining Rights Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian mining sector, combining strong technical, regulatory and strategic expertise across mineral rights management, environmental permitting, ESG and institutional relations.
Graduated in Geology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with specialization in Mining Law, Environmental Licensing and Sustainability, and postgraduate studies in Mineral Economics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
Extensive experience managing mining tenements, regulatory compliance and licensing processes, with solid interface and negotiation experience before the Brazilian National Mining Agency (ANM), environmental agencies and other regulatory authorities. Proven track record supporting exploration and mining projects through different stages of the mining lifecycle, including due diligence, land access strategy, permitting coordination, portfolio management and regulatory risk assessment.
Throughout her career, Marina has held senior technical and management roles in major mining companies such as Anglo American, AngloGold Ashanti, Vale and Kinross, as well as specialized mining consulting firms.
